Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Asoftware IT Support Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
