Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Staff Source Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to provide exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment

  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
