As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our success by providing expertise and knowledge on multiple projects. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to analyze business rules, processes, and functional requirements.

Your Missions * Provide Expertise: Offer senior business analyst expertise on multiple HHB projects, working with project managers, stakeholders, and HHB leadership.
* Develop Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of each project workstream to assist in analyzing the current state and designing the future state.
* Conduct Analysis: Analyze project business rules, processes, and functional requirements with HHB internal stakeholders. Prepare documentation to communicate and validate this information. Assist stakeholders in defining business requirements, workflows, data requirements and flow, key decisions, required approvals, and new roles and responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities * Create comprehensive acceptance criteria and test steps for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
* Facilitate group and one-on-one sessions.
* Contribute to project plans by participating in planning sessions.
* Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to support decision-making and desired business outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Program Manager, Project Managers, Architect, Cybersecurity Lead, Privacy, other Business Analysts, and Change Managers as needed.
* Report progress to the Program and/or Project Managers.
* Assist with RFP and SOW creation and evaluation when requested.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile * Qualifications: A minimum of ten years of experience as a business analyst, including requirements gathering, testing, and supporting other business analysis activities, working with project managers and business-facing partners and stakeholders.
* Skills and Attributes: Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines. Ability to map complex processes, analyze data, and provide recommendations and opportunities to the business. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement continuous improvements in business processes. Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new industries and technologies. Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work with cross-functional teams at all management levels. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visio. Government (federal/provincial/municipal/crown corporation) experience is an asset. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is between $110,000 - $150,000 annually, based on industry standards and the location of Exposant 3.
