Human Resources Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join the team at Chalice. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and developing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of human resources practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
- Manage employee relationships, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A strong understanding of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
