We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our Halifax office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading municipal engineering projects, developing business growth, and promoting our services across Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in Halifax, New Brunswick, and the Atlantic regions.
  • Lead municipal engineering projects, including conceptual design, quality assurance, and project management.
  • Manage client relationships, develop proposals, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in municipal engineering, with at least 10 years in a consultancy.
  • Licensed P. Eng. and project management (PMP) designation are assets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
