Business Systems and Project Lead

The College of New Caledonia is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enrolment Management Professional to lead the establishment of plans and direct the organizational design of systems, processes, and communications that directly influence a student's experience at the College. This key role is responsible for leading business improvements and providing project management leadership for enrolment-related systems, processes, and communications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Business Improvements: Develop and implement strategies to improve enrolment-related systems, processes, and communications, ensuring a student-centred approach that is tailored to the best possible experience for students.
- Project Management Leadership: Provide project management leadership for enrolment-related projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and staff from all areas of the College to ensure effective communication and coordination of enrolment-related activities.
- Process Documentation and Training: Oversee the development and maintenance of process documentation and training resources for all areas, ensuring that team members are thoroughly familiar with policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain communication plans that complement enrolment plans, ensuring consistent voice and calls to action, while observing College-approved branding guidelines.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop strategies for the collection of communication metrics and track, monitor, and report on activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the College.
- Professional Development: Stay current with systems and management practices, new technologies, and software development through self-directed study and by maintaining relationships with colleagues at other institutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) specializing in Business, Information Systems, or other related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of recent related work experience within a Post-Secondary Institution, which includes experience managing projects.
- Skills and Qualifications: Expert knowledge of post-secondary operations, program offerings, and admission/registration policies and procedures; leadership skills and capabilities; ability to effectively synthesize data to streamline complex processes; policy development, application, and administration knowledge and experience; strong technical aptitude and curiosity; and exemplary interpersonal skills across a diverse range of people and situations.
