About This Opportunity
  • This role offers the chance to develop, execute, manage, and continuously update business plans for Partners, tailored to their unique requirements and the demands of multiple markets/provinces.
  • You'll work closely with Partners and sales teams to create innovative solutions that meet market needs.
  • You'll understand and track rebate programs, consolidating data from multiple sources to provide timely insights on supplier reimbursement.
  • You'll measure and present weekly reporting on sales and margin to stakeholders, offering feedback on partners and competitors.
  • You'll implement external and internal training on offerings, promoting Insight value and call-to-action.
  • You'll collaborate with marketing teams on activities such as campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive business plans for Partner recognition, considering diverse market and province demands.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with Partners and sales teams to design effective solutions.
  3. Analyse and consolidate rebate program data for informed supplier reimbursement decisions.
  4. Present insightful sales and margin reports to stakeholders, providing valuable feedback.
  5. Design and deliver impactful training sessions to enhance knowledge on offerings.
  6. Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to articulate business needs and solutions effectively to senior leadership and executives.
  • A professional network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise and industry-wide.
  • A solid understanding of major industry trends and business acumen.
Your Rewards

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
