About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Altanora. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients, develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, and participate in business development activities such as conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a college diploma with a specialization in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Have knowledge of software licensing models for Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, and Veeam products.
