About the Role

A career as a Senior Advisor in the Corporate Sales Efficiency team at National Bank involves participating in the development and deployment of various projects and initiatives for the Commercial sector. Through your field experience and expertise, you will contribute to initiatives related to sales efficiency, from the initial development stages to post-deployment activities. Your business development skills and knowledge of Commercial banking products and services will positively impact the client/employee/user experience, profitability, and client acquisition.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Initiatives: Evolve sales practices, employee development, and the change management practice for the Commercial sector.
  • Commercial Integrator: Contribute to the realization of various large-scale projects in collaboration with your colleagues; take ownership of the content of deployed initiatives to facilitate understanding and adoption in the field.
  • Communication Strategies: Participate in communication strategies aimed at the sales force.
  • Influence Internal Partners: Influence internal partners regarding deployment and adoption strategies, both on the headquarter side and the sales force.
  • Stakeholder Management: Involve appropriate teams regarding needs identified in the field (technological, skills development, etc.) and manage expectations and various stakeholders in this context.

You report to the Senior Manager - Commercial Banking Sales Effectiveness. The team holds a prominent place within the Commercial banking family. Well established transversally within the organization, the team and his leader have the opportunity to positively impact all sectors of the Bank.
