Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and understanding end-to-end demand planning and forecasting requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent demand inputs and translate business forecasts into executable plans.
  2. Establish best methods for creating forecasts and inventory targets using statistical models and software tools.
  3. Present supply and demand recommendations, driving timely decisions and clear communication among stakeholders.
  4. Develop and manage supply and demand models to maintain service level requirements for customers.

Requirements:

  1. BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in the Demand Planning domain.
  3. Experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to various management levels.
  5. Proficient with analytical tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in project management and Production/Planning MRP.
  2. Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes, including scheduling and fulfillment.
  3. Experience writing SQL queries or a quantitative background with a desire to learn.
