Director of Demand Planning

Job Summary:
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Demand Planning to lead our Integrated Demand Planning process and team of demand planners for assigned categories. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and leading all end-to-end demand planning processes as part of our monthly IBP process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Demand Planning Integrated Business Planning Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive demand planning strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures accurate forecasts and production deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure that all forecasts are accurate and production deadlines are met.
- Drive Forecasting Best Practices: Identify and implement forecasting best practices to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
- Manage Team: Lead and develop a team of demand planners, focusing on discipline in execution, bias for action, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Create an environment of continuous improvement, emphasizing personal ownership and a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in demand planning, preferably with a focus on integrated business planning.
- Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent required, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong cross-functional leadership capability, able to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
