Overview: The role entails managing the Integrated Demand Planning framework and a team of demand planners for designated product categories. This position focuses on enhancing operational practices, fostering robust partnerships across various functions, and maintaining precision in forecasts and production timelines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Integrated Business Planning process for the Canadian sector.
  • Ensure compliance with forecasting standards among cross-functional team members.
  • Examine consumption patterns and category trends to inform volume projections.
  • Recognize effective practices and encourage ongoing enhancements within the supply chain.
  • Lead the team with an emphasis on discipline, action, and teamwork.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to lead, nurture teams, and drive advancements in demand planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
