About the Role

As a Demand Planning Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Canadian business unit. You'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of demand planners, ensuring accurate forecasts that drive successful product launches, inventory management, and overall business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Canada, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Champion best practices in demand planning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze consumption and shipment trends to develop comprehensive forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor your team, empowering them to excel and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across departments.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in demand planning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software, along with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to driving excellence in demand planning processes.
