Job Title: Associate Investment Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Associate Investment Advisor to join our well-established and high-volume Private Wealth Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Investment Advisor and Financial Planner to help manage client portfolios and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and provide detailed financial strategies for members, including retirement, education, asset allocation, and risk management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a diverse and supportive financial partnership with individuals and families
  • Build a portfolio of clients by establishing relationships and business contacts
  • Generate reports and administer ongoing reporting and business development for the Senior Advisor's team

Requirements:

  • Current accreditation and good standing in Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH), or willingness to acquire these accreditations
  • Successful completion of Wealth Management Essentials and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or willingness to complete
  • Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience is required
  • Strong computer and software literacy, including Windows applications and ability to learn new platforms and software
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
