Valorem is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Toronto. As a remote customer service assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Location: Remote (Based in Canada)
We are looking for a talented individual with experience in customer service who can effectively manage support tickets, respond to customer inquiries, and update client records.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage support tickets efficiently and effectively
- Update client records accurately and promptly
- Assist with issue resolution and provide solutions to customers
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements- Experience in Customer Service
- High School Diploma
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must reside in Canada
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
