Valorem is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Toronto. As a remote customer service assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in customer service who can effectively manage support tickets, respond to customer inquiries, and update client records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  2. Manage support tickets efficiently and effectively
  3. Update client records accurately and promptly
  4. Assist with issue resolution and provide solutions to customers

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Must reside in Canada
