Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Zedd Customer Solutions in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of our clients, promoting products and services, and meeting or exceeding established goals.

About the Role:

  • Make and receive telephone calls to/from existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Meet or exceed established program requirements, including sales targets and quality monitoring tests.
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex information into common terms.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including data entry and retrieval.
  • Aptitude for learning new products and services, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
