Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis using ServiceNow. Our ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of multiple technology domains, including network, infrastructure, and application architecture, as well as a good understanding of ITIL processes and Configuration Management.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong understanding of how technologies work together to deliver services that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will also be able to explain the core principles of Business Analysis and its relationship to SDLC within the ITIL framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Business Analysis Experience: 5 years of experience in Business Analysis using ServiceNow
  2. ServiceNow CMDB Data Model: Proficiency in ServiceNow's CMDB data model (CSDM)
  3. ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM: Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM discovery, and Service Mapping
  4. ServiceNow Agile 2.0: Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0
  5. ServiceNow ServicePortal: Familiarity with ServiceNow ServicePortal

Candidates must be able to discuss requirements and troubleshoot with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Engineers.

Nice to Have Skills
  1. Business Application Architecture: Knowledge of business application architecture
  2. Infrastructure and Network Architecture: Familiarity with infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and network architecture (switches, routers, firewalls, OSI network model)
