We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading bank in Toronto, Canada. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and utilization of ServiceNow solutions across various business units within the bank. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and document functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Solution Design: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to implement the designed solutions, including creating workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions and alignment with organizational goals.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements and adhere to quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Generate reports and metrics to monitor system performance, usage, and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and expansion of ServiceNow capabilities to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow implementations and configurations, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and customization using tools such as Workflow Editor, UI Policies, Business Rules, Scripting, and Integration APIs.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of banking and regulatory requirements within the financial industry is a plus.

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
