Administrative Coordinator

Reden Clean Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a permanent position.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team members.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
