Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Brentwood Pharmasave. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars and conferences, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate events, meetings, and seminars to ensure smooth execution
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Respond to phone calls and electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide directions and assistance to customers and visitors
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and digital
Work Environment:
- This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and organizational skills
- We offer a permanent work term with regular working hours
- The work language is English, and proficiency in this language is required
- The typical work week is 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in business administration, office administration, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
