We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Maintain and manage digital database.
- Work under pressure.
- Tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
