We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Trust Electrical.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics. They will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and inventory, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements
  • A secondary school graduation certificate is required, with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential, as is excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Conditions

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week on a permanent basis, with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum.
