Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Finance to join our team at Société Générale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day services to our investment and corporate bank units and their clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Transformation: Lead the budgeting process, monitor human resources management, and report on staff plan status vs budget and forecast.
- Strategic Initiatives: Monitor and report on business transformation delivery results vs plan, IT / Travel costs, regional policies, and other key performance indicators.
- Expense Management: Daily oversight of automated data and reports from vendors, follow-up with vendors if data and reporting fail or are missing, and maintain regional expense policies and governance documents.
- Travel Administration: Provide guidance to travelers with their booking process, reroute pending reservations to managers, coordinate travel profile updates with the team in Bangalore, and raise escalation points to the team in Paris.
- Learning and Development: Undertake projects related to learning and development, including communication campaigns, promotion of training offers, contribution to the creation and deployment of e-learning platforms, and their reporting.
- Experience: Previous work experience in an international environment, within a complex matrix organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Language: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
