Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and answering questions related to our platform and services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a software as a service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and retention targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
