Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class support to clients throughout their membership lifecycle, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer phone-based instruction and technical support to clients on issues related to our platform or their use of available products or services.
  • Identify opportunities for account upgrades, usage of services, and consulting services, scheduling calls with the appropriate departments to support improved usage and service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, striving to delight our clients in each interaction and build strong relationships.
  • Handle a high volume of contact daily while adhering to established processes and ensuring seamless client experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
