Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer technical assistance and guidance to clients on our platform and related services.
- Identify opportunities for account upgrades, usage of services, and consulting services, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including phone-based metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
