We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team at HRdownloads. As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to clients throughout their membership lifecycle.
- Offer phone-based instruction and technical support on issues related to our platform or available services.
- Identify opportunities for account upgrades, usage of services, and consulting services, scheduling calls with the appropriate departments.
- Handle a high volume of contacts daily while adhering to established processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
