Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Representative to join our team at HRdownloads. As a Client Success Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and objectives by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their membership lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to new and established clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver phone-based instruction and technical support to clients on issues related to our platform or their use of available products or services.
- Identify opportunities for account upgrades, usage of services, and consulting services, and schedule calls with the appropriate departments to support improved usage and service.
- Handle a high volume of contact daily while adhering to established processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in software as a service environments and proficiency in Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous business-to-business customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact-centre environment.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
