Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team at Citation Canada. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting to resolve client issues and improve their experience.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding performance metrics.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
