Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team at Citation Canada. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Act as a brand ambassador, striving to delight clients in each interaction and build strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for account upgrades, usage of services, and consulting services, and schedule calls with the appropriate departments to support improved usage and service.
- Handle a high volume of contacts daily while adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Technologically savvy with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Driven by exceeding goals, including phone-based metrics, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
- Previous business-to-business customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact-centre environment.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
