Retail Store Supervisor

Mobil # 2928 is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and productivity
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
