Retail Store Supervisor

Mobil # 2928 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
