Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mobil # 2928 is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Client focus and reliability
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that the store is well-organized and maintained.

Language:

The primary language of communication in our retail store is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30 hours per week, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
