Business Development Executive, Exterior Building Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our retail and wholesale market team in Fredericton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our products to builders, contractors, and remodelers, while maintaining superior customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To sell company products and actively manage assigned customer accounts.
- To become a product expert and actively use the knowledge to grow sales.
- To inform client base of all marketing initiatives and promotions.
- To train operations staff on product and sales knowledge.
- To participate in product training of new employees.
- To collaborate with the marketing department on all facets of product marketing and sales activity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in the building industry.
- Experience selling to builders, contractors, and remodelers.
- Professional, organized, and motivated, with a passion for sales.
- Strong smartphone and computer skills.
- A valid driver's license.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
- Company car and cellphone.
