Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Montreal Visa Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming mail and electronic correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
