We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Experience Manager to join our team at Scale Pad. As a Learning Experience Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the educational content and experiences that help our partners succeed.
Scale Pad is a market-leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with headquarters in three major cities of Canada: Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Our global reach allows us to serve our partners worldwide.
We pride ourselves on being a company where people enjoy their work, and talent is more important than the title. If you're passionate about simplifying complex ideas, driving partner success, and working in a collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in LMS curriculum development, instructional design, partner education, or working in Customer Onboarding, Support, or Success, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proficiency with the Gainsight platform is highly valued, as is experience creating engaging video content. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
In this role, you will lead the creation of impactful LMS learning paths and courses, develop engaging educational materials, and collaborate with experts to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You will take charge of live training sessions, guiding partners on how to effectively use our products, and play a key role in gathering feedback to continually improve our educational programs.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a range of benefits, including mentorships, training and professional development budgets, world-class offices and facilities, brand new hardware, and a top-of-the-line benefits package.
We value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and are committed to fostering a workplace where every individual's unique experiences and perspectives are valued. If you're passionate about making a genuine impact and contributing to our mission, we invite you to apply.
