We're looking for a strategic leader to join our team as a Corporate Data Management Director.

**Job Overview:**

This key role will oversee all aspects of learning and development initiatives, including developing and implementing corporate learning strategies aligned with our goals. You'll lead and inspire a team of learning and development professionals, allocate responsibilities, and set clear performance expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership and the implementation of corporate learning and development initiatives. They should have strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead and develop a team of learning and development professionals
• Develop and implement corporate learning strategies aligned with our goals
• Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills across all levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive engagement and performance
• Manage the employee onboarding program (YVR Arrivals) to ensure a positive experience for new hires

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, human resources, business administration, or a related field

**What We Offer:**
