**Job Description:** As a Multilingual Claims Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing timely and customer-focused assistance to policyholders who are reporting insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing ECS call reports to ensure accurate and complete information
  • Providing personalized customer service of the highest level
  • Arranging for the dispatch of adjusters or vendor partners as required
  • Maintaining data bases of service lapses and reporting trends to management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Knowledge of insurance/service industry or related experience preferred
  • Strong computer and telephone skills with an aptitude/ability to learn
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and French
