Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team at our Ottawa office. This role involves maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining office supplies and arranging for equipment servicing
- Processing vouchers and entering invoices into our accounting system
- Managing mail and courier services
- Providing IT support and assistance to employees
- Assisting with inventory control and record-keeping
- Generating and distributing memos and communications in English and French
Requirements
- Reliability Security Clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Working Conditions
This role requires working onsite at our company Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario. The position typically works Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern time.
