Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team at our Ottawa office. This role involves maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining office supplies and arranging for equipment servicing
  • Processing vouchers and entering invoices into our accounting system
  • Managing mail and courier services
  • Providing IT support and assistance to employees
  • Assisting with inventory control and record-keeping
  • Generating and distributing memos and communications in English and French

Requirements

  • Reliability Security Clearance eligibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Working Conditions

This role requires working onsite at our company Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario. The position typically works Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern time.
