Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc. in a full-time office operations role.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office operations setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Working Conditions:

Fast-paced office environment with moderate noise levels.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
