About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1437184 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a permanent schedule, working 35 hours per week.
  • Language: Work in English.
