Executive Assistant

Triwest Mechanical Ltd has been a Mechanical Contractor serving BC since 1988. Our work primarily consists of Commercial and Institutional Projects in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
We are excited to be adding a new Executive Assistant to our office team located in Langley.
This position will be full time from the Langley office, Monday to Friday 8-4:30 PM. We offer an employee benefit plan, as well as an RRSP plan.
**Job Duties**
- All company finance related duties, including but not limited to AR, AP, Payroll, WorkSafeBC Remittances, HR, GST/Tax Filing, Purchase Orders,
- Assist Project Coordinator with Reception duties
- Provide administrative support to our Project team
- Correctly organize and file documents within Company Server and Shared Dropbox Folders
- Clerical duties, and any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency working on computers. _**Including Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe Acrobat**_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- An eagerness for learning new software and systems
- Previous administrative experience with AR, AP, Payroll
**The Perks**
