Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Supervise the preparation of complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee all kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed, to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this workplace.
  • Work Schedule: The position requires 30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
Working Conditions

The Culinary Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands including standing for extended periods. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits
