Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to manage our kitchen staff, maintain inventory, and ensure seamless food service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our chefs to develop menus, plan events, and coordinate logistics. Your expertise will be essential in driving excellence in our culinary offerings and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs;
  • Coordinating logistics for catering events and off-site functions;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and health and safety protocols;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our culinary team and external partners;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office software;
  • A valid Food Safety Certification.
