Business Development Director

Job Description:
The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving business growth, delivering margin results, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive growth with existing clients and foster new business opportunities within portfolio of assigned clients
- Identify and drive key initiatives that deliver mutually beneficial results for Acosta and clients
- Partner with the Syndicated Retail sales team and Internal Operations leaders to develop action-oriented Retail strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of account management or operation/management experience in a broker environment
- Excellent relationship building skills, proven success in relationship building and management
- Initiative-taker, outstanding organizational skills, strong abilities to multitask and prioritize
