- Develop strategic relationships with key contacts from prospects and/or partners
- Lead identified client opportunities (including RFI, RFPs) with support of broader team of subject matter experts and regional team leads
- Drive up-selling and cross-selling activities within TELUS Health's broader book of business
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 5-7+ years of progressive experience in business development, with a proven track record in lead generation and sales opportunity management
- Must have Industry related experience (absence and disability management, workers' compensation, group benefits, occupational health, employee health and wellbeing programs)
- Strong business acumen and experience with client strategy development
- Proven experience developing business development plans
