The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to create sales revenue and market share for two new ready-to-launch product lines focusing mainly on the B2B markets of Foodservice, Grocery, and Travel/Leisure Retail. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating contracts for securing new business. There is also opportunity to leverage current relationships from an already existing company portfolio to potentially support the growth of these new product lines.  
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence in the B2B target markets.
● Prospect and generate new business opportunities through to closing with the goal to expand the customer base.
● Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to ensure profitable business deals that meet both the company's and customers' objectives.
● Develop and execute customer plans that align with the company's overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
● Engage in networking opportunities and proposal meetings to increase brand visibility and foster business development (minimal travel may be required).
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business success.
● Manage leads, accounts and opportunities through Salesforce & NetSuite CRM software.

3+ years of B2B Business Development, Sales, and/or Account Management experience. Prior industry related business development experience will be considered an asset
~ University or College degree in business or related discipline is an asset.
~ Understanding of the primary market of Foodservice is an asset, with further support understanding of the Grocery, Pharmacy, and Travel/Leisure Retail markets.
~ A proven track record of success, aggressive business growth, and exceeding quotas.
~ Strong phone and email communication skills to support relationship building.
~ Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
