Job Title: Office Coordinator

Fairdeal Travel is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as directing and controlling daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Train staff
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
