Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Ottapro Education Corp.

About the Role

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This includes implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment and co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
