VP Sales and Business Development Lead

We're seeking a seasoned VP Sales and Business Development Lead to join our Asset Management team for 12 months. Reporting to the Regional VP Sales, you will focus on developing sales and asset growth in a specified region.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with investment advisors.
This role involves:
- Developing annual territory sales plans and budgets to meet corporate objectives;
- Working directly with investment advisors to promote our solutions and meet the needs of their investors;
- Driving sales results for our mutual fund suite of products within the assigned territory;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field;
- CSC certification is required, with CFA and MBA being an asset;
- At least 5 years of experience in investments sales;
- Excellent self-management skills and a strong consultative approach;
